CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
SUMMARY OF DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities are front desk, administrative and clerical support duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for answering incoming calls and greeting visitors, accepting donations, screening calls and visitors and then routing to appropriate people.

Responsible for scheduling counseling appointments for clinical staff and interns and maintaining master scheduling records.

Responsible for inputting, updating and maintaining files and computer records.

Responsible for inputting daily group attendance and posting group fees.

Responsible for assisting clinical staff with file maintenance to include end of day filing, filing new client charts after computer input, archiving closed files.

Responsible for general clerical support for clinical staff.

Responsible for sorting and placing postage on outgoing mail, sorting incoming mail.

Responsible for Men's Group Check to include writing receipts and taking money.

Hours of work are 9:45 to 6:15
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or the equivalent.
- Two years of general office experience.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems.
- The ability to communicate with a wide range of staff and clients.
- Intermediate computer skills including word-processing and database programs are required.
CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR
SUMMARY OF DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under limited supervision must coordinate quality initiatives, operate policies and procedures, promote program mission and goals, conduct annual program evaluations, monitor accreditation and certification standards, oversee risk management for clinical staff, and ensure corporate compliance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the development, monitoring and oversight of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) agency wide.
- Responsible for recommending corrective actions/plans for DVIS/Call Rape programs that may affect accreditation, licensure, and funding.
- Responsible for coordinating the development, implementation and monitoring of the risk management program for the clinical programs and services, to include safety programs, confidentiality, loss prevention, crisis management and liability.
- Responsible for assisting in the review of critical incidents and grievances.
- Responsible for providing staff with information regarding accreditation and certification standards, changes or other compliance issues.
- Responsible for education regarding documentation required by accreditation, certification, and funding entities.
- Responsible for an on-going knowledge of laws and regulations that are applicable to DVIS/Call Rape programs and services.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree with licensure in a mental health specialty along with experience in Continuous Quality Improvement preferred.
- Strong management and organization skills; working knowledge of database, spreadsheet and word processing programs are preferred.
- The ability to work with the public and to maintain an effective working relationship with agency employees is required.
- Must maintain a current Oklahoma Driver’s License; use personal automobile is required to travel to all DVIS/Call Rape locations and off site meetings.
- Experience or knowledge of SPSS and Medicaid.
